Arrival by car
The valley station of the Säntis-Schwebebahn AG can be reached all year round on well-maintained roads that are cleared in winter. There are plenty of parking spaces available at the valley station (incl. bus and disabled parking spaces). Charging stations for electric cars are also available.
Parking fees
Paid parking spaces can be paid for either directly at the parking meters or by app:

The parking fees cannot be paid by credit or debit card. In this case, please deposit your card on the aforementioned apps.

By public transport
With the Appenzeller Bahn to Urnäsch or with Thurbo to Nesslau. From there directly by the hourly post bus to the valley station on the Schwägalp.
