What we do:
Our team is responsible for ensuring the well-being of guests at our three restaurants: Gasthaus Passhöhe, Säntisgipfel and “Säntis – the hotel”. We perform mise en place and observe hygiene regulations, and are happy to receive and pass on feedback from our guests.

Housekeeping
What we do:
We are responsible for making sure that our guests feel comfortable in the 68 rooms and the rest of the premises at “Säntis – the hotel”. We are always working to ensure that the rooms are in a clean and inviting state for new guests before they check in. We are also responsible for making sure all employees have clean, presentable uniforms through our in-house laundry.

Reception
What we do:
The team at our reception desk is responsible for check-in and check-out, providing information to guests and taking telephone inquiries. It is also responsible for all hotel and restaurant reservations on the Schwägalp Pass.

Seminars and banquets
What we do:
Our team is responsible for organizing and looking after seminar and banquet guests on the Schwägalp Pass and the Säntis, and providing the desired furniture, equipment and technology for meetings. It is also responsible for settling bills with the guests, and works in close collaboration with the events team.

Cable car and infrastructure
What we do:
Our team ensures the smooth and safe operation of the cable car and accompanies guests up the mountain. In winter, the job also includes clearing snow from all roads over the pass on a daily basis, while maintenance work in the NaturErlebnispark natural park and on the water and electricity supplies are key tasks all year round.

Customer service desk
What we do:
In addition to selling tickets for cable car rides, the team provides information about the Säntis by telephone and directly at the desk. Another key task is the generation and settling of invoices, as well as the issuing of vouchers. Working hours depend on the opening hours of the Säntis cable car.

What we do:
Organization and consultation are the main tasks of the events team. Whether for seminars, banquets, group excursions or weddings, it is the go-between for guests and the Säntis cable car. The events team also takes on marketing tasks, such as creating flyers and planning new offers.

What we do:
Our souvenir and specialty goods store on the Schwägalp Pass and the Säntis summit sells a wide range of appealing products to customers. From our own clothing lines to regional specialties, Säntis guests will find everything they could wish for here. Our job is to advise the customers and put together give-aways for events.
