Säntis-Yoga Winter Retreat Weekend

A weekend for body, mind and new energy.

Treat yourself to a mindful break surrounded by the impressive natural world around the Säntis. A mindful combination of yoga, meditation and relaxing breathwork awaits you – led by experienced instructors and in a small group.

The retreat offers space to pause, move and breathe consciously – with indoor and outdoor sessions on the Schwägalp and on the summit of the Säntis.

What you can expect:

A break from everyday life. During the retreat, we will immerse ourselves in various elements of yoga. Breathing and its effects will be a central theme:

  • Vinyasa Yoga – a flowing and powerful yoga practice, focused on the body.
  • Hatha Yoga – stabilising movement sequences, strengthening positions, combined with conscious breathing.
  • Yin Yoga – very gentle & meditative yoga that works on the fascia.
  • Breathing exercises & meditation – mental clarity & inner balance through mindfulness exercises.

The content will be varied throughout the retreat. The schedule may change slightly depending on the weather, group dynamics and individual needs.

3.45 p.m. Hatha Yoga Flow 60 mins

7 a.m. Vinyasa Yoga 75 mins at the Säntis – the hotel
8:30 a.m. Ascent to the summit of Säntis followed by breakfast at the Säntisgipfel Restaurant
10:30 a.m. Pranayama (breathing exercises) outdoors & indoors, 60 min. on Säntis
Individual stay at the summit of Säntis, Schwägalp and Weidwald Wellness
5:00 p.m. Yin Yoga, 90 min.
6.30 p.m. Dinner together at the Schwägalp Restaurant

Sunday, 22 February 2026
7 a.m. Meditation & Hatha Yoga 90 mins
7 a.m. – 10.30 a.m. Breakfast at the Schwägalp Restaurant
11 a.m. Closing session, relaxation hypnosis
11.30 a.m. End of the retreat

2 nights in a double room for single occupancy from CHF 790.00* per person
