Due to the wrestling festival, an increased number of visitors is expected. The organiser recommends using public transport to get there. Paid parking spaces are limited. Visitors arriving by car will be directed to the car parks. There will also be a shuttle bus service from the car park.

Renewal of the Säntis cable car

The cable car was renovated and the fi rst of the three supports was not used anymore. The new cabins of the Säntis cable car had a capacity of 45. Since the new track ropes were more stable, the speed of the cable car could be increased.
