For all early risers, late risers, morning grouches and gourmets! Immerse yourself in a unique brunch experience at 2502 metres above sea level and let us indulge you with our regional brunch buffet. A wide range of delicacies awaits you here, leaving nothing to be desired.
To start with, enjoy the rich breakfast buffet with various breads, regional cheese and meat specialities as well as a variety of muesli and yoghurts.
The buffet is complemented by a culinary selection of delicacies, from tender smoked salmon to tempting cheese pie.
Dive into savoury egg dishes, fried bacon, spicy chipolata, another meat dish, seasonal vegetables and crispy Swiss hash browns. Our various salads round off the menu with a fresh and healthy flavour. Of course, the Säntis brunch is not short of sweet delicacies either.
