State-of-the-art infrastructure surrounded by stunning Alpine scenery.

When the Säntis cable car opened back in 1935, who would have thought that it would be a success story? Today, the lift can carry not just 35, but 85 people per cabin. A lot has also changed on the summit since then: two contemporary restaurants and interactive experiences are now open to around 400,000 guests each year. The three-star superior hotel “Säntis – the hotel” was opened in 2015, bringing 68 hotel rooms, a spa area and seminar rooms under one roof. What hasn’t changed is the extraordinary natural scenery, and we take great care of it.
